As the owner of your own Lightspeed Restoration business, you will manage your team of IICRC-certified technicians who will be expertly trained to address standing water, fire and smoke damage, mold, and indoor air quality issues to deliver next-level of restoration services to your customers. Franchise owners receive initial training over a 13-15 day period, conducted virtually and in person at our Experience Center in Dallas: 

• We built a $200K state-of-the-art Flood House used to train franchisees and their teams on mold remediation and flood damage restoration.  

• Real-world simulation from expert instructors that teach hands-on advanced mitigation and restoration techniques, various cleaning methods, and demonstrate of the latest equipment and technology. 

• From administration, office set-up, and learning our CRM system, to local area marketing best practices, and more, you will learn everything you need to know to start your business strong.
